My life was at a standstill and my love life was in shambles. I had no girlfriend and I couldn't even remember the last time that I had sex. No I did not get matched up with the gorgeous model types I had seen on sign up, but I met women that were perfect for me. I guess that is the most important part about dating and this is where theses internet dating sites excel, they match you up with compatible people. They may not be the person you would have chosen for yourself, but that is because most of us are guided by looks and that's why that person ends up being all wrong for us.

So on both sites I got matched with some regular gals, these were smart women who had similar tastes as me and who I definitely clicked with. When I went out I was never in for surprises and it was not even that awkward because the system had picked girls I got along with really well. I spent a few months dating quite a few of my matches. I had a lot of fun getting to know these girls and going out after being alone for so long.

It took 8 months but I met that special girl as I knew I would. She is the love of my life and now I don't ever have to be alone again. Next spring we will have the wedding of her dreams and soon after will begin our own family. Internet sites really do work and I am living proof of it.
